HAVE YOU NOTICED THAT THE PRODUCT YOU PURCHASED IN OUR E-BOUTIQUE HAS FLAWS?
- Find MY ACCOUNT in the lower menu
- Click COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT (RMA) and add an application
- Describe the flaw of the purchased product
- Contact us, so that we can generate a label for the courier. We will cover the costs of delivery. Then, contact your local DHL office and mail the package with the label you receive from us.
- As soon as we receive the product, we will contact the designer so he can examine your return. Please remember that in some cases this may take a couple of days. This is related to the fact that our jewelry comes from all over the world. Within maximum 14 days (counting from the day we receive the product), we will inform you if your return has been accepted.
- If your return is accepted, we will do our best for a flawless product to be returned to you within a month. If that turns out to be impossible, we will consider an alternative option together with you.
- If your return is rejected, we will not leave you alone. We will try to find a way to repair the jewelry. This may demand an additional fee that we will inform you about.
